Wednesday – Run (tempo) + Upper Body HIIT
Thursday – Legs Day – (think I’ll pull out an old friend, Jillian Michaels)
Friday – Run steady + Core/Cardio Workout
Saturday – Yoga
Sunday – Wild Card…you never can tell. 🙂
